Buckwheat Freedom Loaf
Delicious and coeliac-friendly, our Buckwheat Freedom Loaf is free from gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, refined sugar, yeast and animal products.
Instead, it’s packed with natural, unrefined ingredients your body will love like protein, fibre and healthy fats.
Our loaves are at their best for the first four days when stored in a cool dry place. Slice and freeze to keep for longer and in hot, humid weather, store in the fridge until consumed or ready to freeze.
INGREDIENTS: Buckwheat*, water, sunflower seeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds*, psyllium husks*, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, cold pressed rapeseed oil*, coconut sugar*, salt. (*organic)
ALLERGENS: We also use products containing soy and tree nuts in our bakery, at different times, in a different product. While we take every precaution with sanitising and separate work areas to minimise this risk, we must advise there is a small risk of cross-contamination.
Additions can be made to either version of the Freedom Loaf
- Herb: Thyme, Marjoram, Rosemary, Parsley, Sage & Basil.
- Cinnamon Chai: Coconut sugar with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg & cloves.
