Buckwheat Freedom Loaf
Delicious and allergy friendly, the Buckwheat Freedom Loaf is free from gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, refined sugar, yeast & animal products.
Our preservative-free breads are packed with the natural, unrefined ingredients your body craves.
Made with seeds, buckwheat, and psyllium husks, our loaves are high in protein, fibre, and good fats.
Most ingredients are in their whole natural form - helping to retain nutrients and flavour. Wherever possible we source from organic suppliers because we care about the planet and our bodies.
Our loaves are at their best for the first four days. Store in a cool dry place. Then slice and freeze to keep for longer. In hot, humid weather, store in the fridge until consumed or you're ready to freeze.
INGREDIENTS: Buckwheat*, water, sunflower seeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds*, psyllium husks*, chia seeds, cold pressed rapeseed oil*, coconut sugar*, salt. (*organic)
ALLERGENS: In our bakery we use products containing Soy and Tree nuts, at different times in a different product from this. While we take every precaution with sanitising and separate work areas to minimise this risk, we must advise there is a small risk of cross-contamination.
Additions can be made to either version of the Freedom Loaf
- Herb: Thyme, Marjoram, Rosemary, Parsley, Sage & Basil.
- Cinnamon Chai: Coconut sugar with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg & cloves.
